According to tmz.com, Anne McCourt lives in Los Angeles and she was walking her dog one day when she came across cameramen waiting for Hilton on the street. She casually asked what they were doing and when she was asked about Hilton she ranted saying: “I think she’s an ass… I think she’s ugly. And I think she’s a disgusting human being….”

McCourt did not know she was being filmed and did not understand the nature of the cameramen’s work.

She claims that the footage was edited to make it look as if she “exposed her private parts” in a way similar to Paris.
