Paris Hilton spoke to “Extra” last week about Michael Jackson and his beautiful 11-year-old girl Paris Jackson, who was, according to this article, named after Hilton.

“My mom and Michael went to high school together and they were best friends since they were 13,” Paris explains. “So I grew up knowing Michael very well and when he had his daughter, he always loved the name Paris and grew up being an uncle to me. So he asked my mom if it was okay and of course she said yes and I think she’s such a beautiful little girl and I’m proud we have the same name.”

2 days ago I watched the documentary “Living with MJ: The Footage You Were Never Meant To See” and the mother of his children, Debbie Rowe, said she was named Paris because she was conceived in Paris. So I don’t know if maybe Paris’ words were twisted a little.

Paris also touched on the subject of disgusting people trying to snap pictures up her skirt on a recent shopping trip:

“I just think that some people take it way too far and… they’re just disgusting. You can’t really trust everyone and that was just some random person on the street and I just thought it was really rude and invasive and illegal.”
