Paris is hotel heiress Paris Hilton's debut album, released on her own Heiress Records label, in association with Warner Music. The album was released on August 19 in Australia, August 21 in the UK and in the U.S. on August 22, 2006.It was leaked to the internet about a week before it was released. The album debuted at #6 on the Billboard 200, selling 76,091 copies in its first week. As of March 30th, 2007, 607,375 copies of Paris have been sold worldwide. The album has been certified Gold in the U.S.
