Paris Hilton is reportedly terrified of using the toilet in her jail cell because she fears it has been equipped with a toilet cam. According to her sister, Nicky, Paris does not want photographs or a video of her relieving herself to appear on the Internet.

“Paris is shy,” Nicky Hilton told reporters after leaving Los Angeles' Twin Towers Correctional Facility yesterday afternoon. “She was really bummed when that sex video (One Night in Paris) appeared on the Internet, and she doesn’t want to go through that embarrassment again.”

Ms. Hilton is so worried about being caught on the can that once again she is refusing to eat or to drink anything in jail.

“She’s gone without food before,” said Ms. Hilton’s ex-fiancee, Stavros Niarchos, who also visited her yesterday, “but she can't go long without peeing. She was crossing and uncrossing her legs a lot when we say her today. I thought she was masturbating at first, but then I realized she had to pee.”
