Paris Hilton's DUI/probation violation file has officially been closed -- for now.

TMZ has exclusively obtained court documents signed by Hilton, proving that she completed her required substance abuse education classes on June 25 -- while she was still behind bars -- er, iron ones. She was released from Lynwood Jail at 12:01 AM on June 26. No hearts in her signature this time!

Hilton isn't totally out of the woods yet; she is on probation until January 2010. However, if she violates probation again, she will face the very same judge who sent her to the pokey in May.

Paris Hilton lost track of sister Nicky after getting swarmed at the Grove in Los Angeles last night.

While leaving the movie theaters -- where the Hilton sisters apparently saw Michael Moore's astounding health care docu "Sicko" -- photos quickly engulfed the ex-convict as Nicky ran for cover. Paris briefly posed for photos as Nicky disappeared in front of the herd, with Paris stopping to ask, "Where is my sister?"

When Paris finally tracked her down -- Nicky was ready with their getaway vehicle, honking her horn at paps to get them outta her way. That's what sisters are for!

Recent media coverage in the UK, Europe and America has incorrectly reported that reggae legends UB40 are to take legal action against American socialite and pop star PARIS HILTON for breach of copyright in relation to their hit record "Kingston Town." Media coverage in the last few days has confirmed that a £250,000 writ has been issued in the High Court in London, claiming breach of copyright against "Kingston Town" and that Ms Hilton’s record "Stars Are Blind" which was released last year, was "a blatant rip off" of the UB40 classic record

A spokesman for the band today confirmed; "UB40 are in no way associated or party to any legal action being bought against Ms Hilton in relation to the song "Kingston Town." Any speculated legal action taking place against Ms Hilton would be entirely at the instigation of the original songwriter’s music publisher, Sparta Florida Music Group, who ultimately own the copyright to the song. UB40 wish to make this clear that they are not involved with this legal action." The spokesman went on to add "However, UB40 have always acknowledged, respected and supported the rights of songwriters and their vitally important contribution in the musical process."

Paris Hilton's biggest fan might just be a  tiny 4-year-old girl.

Showing off posing skills eerily similar to those of her ex-con/socialite hero, a precocious little girll from Florida waited outside Hilton's home last night for the chance to meet the star.

When Paris emerged, the heiress worked it for the cameras with the little one right by her side.
