Paris was spotted out and about in New York City filming footage for her new best-friend-finding show.

The “Stars are Blind” babe checked out the Patricia Field store before making a stop at the Hotel Gansevoort and heading out to club One Oak for some late-night activity.

And it sounds like Miss Hilton keeps scoring big points with her boyfriend Benji Madden.  The Good Charlotte rocker recently gushed about how great life is now that Paris is in his world.

He said, “I’ve never been so happy. Nothing worries me in life any more. When you find that best friend, that love, all your worries go away. Your work and everything you do gets better [when] you have someone supporting you. And she’s that for me.”

Paris Hilton has laughed off rumours she will wed boyfriend Benji Madden in a joint ceremony with her best friend Nicole Richie and his twin brother Joel.

The socialite recently admitted she would love to start a family with the Good Charlotte rocker and eventually make her relationship with Benji official.

She insists any talk of a ceremony with Richie and her beau Joel is completely inaccurate.

Speaking to Los Angeles DJ Ryan seacrest, she says: "I've been hearing that rumour. But no, I think we both would want to have separate weddings."

However, she is looking forward to hitting the road with her pal and their respective boyfriends for the Good Charlotte tour.

She adds: "It's weird... we're dating twins but it's pretty perfect. We are all going on tour this summer, so I'm really excited about that."

The dog-collecting heiress was reportedly stopped from buying a Yorkie pup by employees of The Puppy Store in LA because they decided it was "an impulse buy".

It's believed that she was en route to a photo-shoot and thought the pooch would up the cute factor.

An insider tells Page Six, "(She) wanted a puppy in the picture with her so it would look cuter."

And when she was knocked back, Paris allegedly went
"ballistic".

The source adds, "She started screaming, 'I love my puppies! I want my baby!'”

Meanwhile, Paris had this to say;

"it was such a fun weekend!! I hosted a party at Tao, it was a great night there. Some of the girls had never even been to Vegas before, so it was fun to show them vegas my way. They had the time of there lives. Also my friend Jeff Beacher threw us one of his infamous Beacher's Madhouse After parties over at the Mirage Hotel Mansions. There were some pretty hilarious performances and I even got cut in half by a magician. Such a great weekend!"

Paris Hilton's mother, Kathy Hilton is playing Tom Cruise's wife in a comic scene in Ben Stiller's Tropic Thunder.

"She filmed the scene last winter and didn't even tell her kids because she wanted to surprise them. She raved about Tom. She said he was so warm and friendly and made her very comfortable,"

hollywood.com quoted a source as saying.

Cruise is also doing a cameo in Tropic Thunder and his surprise appearance in the film hit the headlines late last year, when the movie superstar was spotted sporting a bald hairpiece and prosthetic belly on the sets of the film. Tropic Thunder stars Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr.

Paris Hilton has had to tell the world that no, she's not pregnant, after these pictures of her in a green satin dress appeared to show what is technically called "a stomach". Her rep called the rumours "completely false" - even though Paris has, of course, talked a lot recently about wanting to have a baby with boyfriend Benji Madden. 

In the meantime, those green dress pictures may not have shown Paris displaying a baby bump - but they did show her displaying one of the people vying to be her new best friend. As in: Paris Hilton Is My New Best Friend , the title of her latest reality show.
