Paris Hilton is struggling to find a TV network interested in her new reality show.

The heiress has reportedly had meetings with every major station in the US in a bid to pitch a show about her engagement and wedding to boyfriend Doug Reinhardt but has not received any offers.

TV executives are said to have rejected her latest idea because they fear the 29-year-old star has become over-exposed.

"She's been on TV constantly since 2003, when The Simple Life debuted, and the public may be saturated with Paris," a source told the New York Post newspaper.

Paris' spokeswoman has denied the star was even contemplating any such show.

Paris and Doug started dating in February 2009, before briefly splitting in June. They quickly reunited and have reportedly been planning their engagement and wedding ever since.

Brazil's Secretariat for Women’s Affairs claims the ad devalues women - in particularly blonds according to a report from the Associated Press. Regulations in Brazil are clear - beer commercials cannot treat a woman as an overtly sensual object - not even if the woman in question is Paris Hilton.



Loosely translated, Devassa means wild, wanton, and wicked and Bem Loira means truly blond. The wicked, truly blond brew is made by Grupo Schincario which hasn't returned calls from the media. The two blonds, beer and gal, are also featured in an Internet campaign where Hilton wears lingerie and high heels.

Doing her best to grow her fan base, Paris Hilton took to Sin City for a party celebrating the official launch of ParisHilton.com on Saturday night (January 16).

Paris was wearing a stunning and tight-fitting black dress, hitting up the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Vanity nightclub for the evening fete.



Tweeting throughout the course of her Las Vegas outing, Miss Hilton first wrote, “At dinner, I have a hot crew with me. Tonight is going to be so much fun at Vanity!”

After finishing up her meal, the hotel heiress then tweeted, “Just did the red carpet at Vanity. Wo many flashes, my eyes hurt. haha. We be clubbin.....”

Making an appearance at the LA Gift Suite ahead of this Sunday’s Golden Globes, Paris Hilton was spotted leaving Zune in Los Angeles, CA on Friday (January 15).

The beautiful heiress looked cute in a black and white ensemble as she exited the suite and politely smiled for the on-hand paparazzi.



Shortly after, Paris packed her bags and hopped on her private jet to head to Las Vegas for the weekend.

Taking to her Twitter once she arrived, Paris tweeted, “Just had a fun and delicious dinner at Nobu with my man, @Dejdia,
@JeffBeacher and others.  On our way to Vanity Club at The Hard Rock Hotel.”

Treating herself to an evening of culture, Paris Hilton was spotted hitting an art show in West Hollywood last night (January 14).

The “Simple Life” starlet was unusually camera-shy as she waited for the valet to retrieve her car, sporting a black and white minidress with black stockings and black heels.



And much like many of her fellow celebrities, Paris is stepping up to make a difference for earthquake victims in Haiti.

Paris took to her Twitter page to encourage her followers to submit text message donations to the Red Cross’s relief efforts.

Still looking distraught over the death of her childhood friend, Casey Johson, a somber Paris Hilton was spotted out in Beverly Hills, CA.

The blonde heiress looked cute in a dress with tights and heels while she made her way past the swarming paparazzi into an office building.



In related news, on Wednesday, Ms Hilton spent the entire day shooting a commercial and photo shoot, all the while keeping her followers up to date with several tweets.

Paris is also among the many celebrities encouraging everyone to help Haiti by donating to the relief fund via text message.
